Virginia Park Houses
The Need
Two builders who owned (3) vacant lots in the Virigina Park neighborhood of Hapeville, hired me to design (3) ground up home designs.
The clients had specific square footage requirements and bed and bath room counts they wanted to meet.
The Process
I assessed the physical space available and worked directly with the requirements of the Hapeville Design Review Committee to develop attractive homes for the neighborhood.
The Results
The designs were in keeping with the ‘Arts and Crafts’ bungalow feel of the neighborhood, only with subtle modern twist to certain details.
