The Need
The owner purchased (2) small run-down houses in the College Park Area with the intention of doubling their size to create large ‘high end’ rental homes for families whose children attended Woodward Academy.
The Process
I assessed the physical space available and proposed new layouts for the main level with the addition of a second level and at least (3) bedrooms and (3) bathrooms.
The Results
To avoid creating large blocky monstrosities, I tried to create a final effect that looked as if it fit in.
